when i started the game i change my weapons for better ones but i want tu uprgade them and i don have them now what can i do?

What items did you upgrade to? If you go below the depot there is a list of weapons that can be upgraded, and only those items can be upgraded. If you don't have any of those then you can complete various quests to reobtain them.
