1. Add a "minimum mana" bound to the targetting suite. Currently low level / undergeared mages can't use the targetting functionality in a lot of scenarios because the UE combined with the damage from mobs is more than can be regen'd with the mana rune, resulting in a scenario in which the bot will spam UE until you are at 0 mana, and cast again even if you have only exactly enough mana to cast the UE (and thus killing you). It's the only class that essentially kills itself and can't use targetting even while manual hunting in many scenarios
