As the title says, I can't seem to pass the select character screen. It just keeps loading and can't enter the game.

Thank you for your interest in Cyntara! Which client version are you using to login to the server? Have you tried using our custom client?

Yes, ofc. The thing is it keeps loading. I can get in when I'm lucky but almost 90% of the time I can't.

Try to do the obvious stuff:
1) check if your firewall is disabled.
2) check if your antivirus lets the client connect.
3) Did u used to play and get an IP-ban?
If that doesn't work you can try to get a new IP from the ISP Provider. Might work then.
