longtime play on and off. donated 2x in total (lost my first donation long time ago in first cyntara versions when Red was more social xD) and my 2nd donation was last season (dont have refunded coins for that either)
just wanted to know whats up with that?

If you've donated through PayGol, then that's an error on our end and you should send us a mail to cyntaraot@gmail.com with the account name and the email you used to donate. If you have donated through PayPal, please read this thread, if you still think that's an issue on our end then follow the mail instructions in that thread and we will look into it.
