I don't understand what you're trying to say?
Mana runes are for healing low amounts of mana so they weigh less and cost less. If you want to be EFFICENT use mana runes.
If you want to be EFFECTIVE use potions. They heal a large amount of mana, weigh a ton, and cost a lot.

mana pots heal 10kish mana, UMR heals 2k mana. What are your suggested new values?
