I finally managed to get myself a soul stone to get my first mage addon(female summoner) but when i try to exchange my items for the addon he tells me i dont have the necessary equipment, I have all the items
all wands and rods (excluding wand of everblazing and glacial rod)

To better be able to assist you, please take a screenshot of the items in your backpack that you're carrying when speaking to the NPC as well as a screenshot of the conversation log so we can rule out other possibilities.
