first set of stairs has two spots to go up (east), when you go up the next level the bottom staircase is a blocked tile preventing you from using that space to go down the same staircase.

I don't know what spot you're talking about, unless it's this one
If that isn't the spot you're talking about, can you go to the spot and use "/pos" so I know the exact coordinates?
