I've just realised something while checking my stats.
When I equip that frozen starlight first and then the doll, I have 100mp/s less and 100hp/s more.
When I equip that doll first and then the frozen starlight, it's the other way around.
I don't really know if it is intended or just a bug.

told him like 10 times… YOU CANT STACK REGEN CHARMS, only the last equipped is in the use…

We know about this and it's due to a client based bug which we are unable to fix with the current 10.94 client. Essentially it considers the charm slot as a single item slot and when you try to stack regen it overwrites all other regen charms. All other attributes should be unaffected.
