I dont have premium account, but i have noticed that i always get discount at the magic/rune shop only. also, i am able to use offline training.
note: rest of the shops dont give discount, only that one.

I've not been able to reproduce this. This may have been related to the issue where premium days were not being displayed correctly in the account's character list (which was resolved in Patch #2)
