can we get it so if I click add on the hotkeys it will pick up my mouse button?

Are you talking about additional mouse buttons (not counting the typical Left, Middle and Right)? If so then it's quite tricky to add support for them but they're more than likely programmable through the vendor software so you could simply bind some key combination that you're not using to the hotkeys and map the mouse buttons to that instead.
