Can you guys make NPC who exchanges Cyntara Coins for Vampire Lord Tokens, they're really hard to get since The Collector left Cyntara

Let's make an npc that gives you any quest items for cyntara coins, also he should give you levels and skills for cyntara coins…and if you give him enough cyntara coins he should also make you a gm

Well since Event Tokens are removed, I guess the only option is Frag Tokens to make it less pay2win..
