well today i got a little enchant for ml into my items and realize that utori rai tempo counts as if it was enchanting boost making it get a cap..
to be clear.. idk how much ml rai tempo gives.. but today with the new enchants i wasnt breaking the 100 cap from items but at the momment i casted rai tempo i got this msg
3:44 Your bonus magic level exceeds the maximum total (100) that you can receive from items. Consider switching items.
which is not true.. is this meant to be like that? or just a bug
