Thats beacuse the way Red made the countdown is idiotic, he had it check the players computers clock so if you live in a time zone where its already past 4pm then the countdown has reached zero, and if you're on the west coast you still have 5 hours left on your countdown. Bad countdown clock is bad

Except that I am on the west coast and that countdown is correct. I did have a discussion with Diath & Red about the countdown because I saw this issue yesterday when the countdown was actually off for me (about four hours then) but now it seems correct.

That was just the initial version of the countdown that was quickly corrected, unfortunately browsers cache this kinda stuff so people that had already seen the countdown prior to the fix would have to press CTRL-F5 to force refresh the script that has the fixed version of the countdown.

There's an alternate countdown on otservlist.org that you may use if you'd like.
