Cyntara is owned by Red Panda Gaming, LTD. Neither Red Panda Gaming, LTD, its owner(s), nor any volunteers shall be held liable for any actions, damages, or misuse arising from the use of our services.

Licensing and Modifications

Cyntara utilizes The Forgotten Server 1.2 as the base game engine, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2. Significant modifications have been made to the game engine to meet the technical requirements of Cyntara. The Forgotten Server 1.2 source code is available on GitHub.

Funding and Donations

Cyntara accepts monetary contributions to cover server and development costs, including artwork, programming, game design, and map content, to ensure continuous updates and new content for Cyntara. It is important to note that providing financial support does not grant immunity from account suspension or termination.

Account Suspension and Termination

The owner(s) of Cyntara reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, for any reason, and under any circumstance. This applies irrespective of any monetary support provided by the user.

Volunteer Staff

Individuals designated as staff members of Cyntara are volunteers and do not have an employment relationship with Cyntara.
