Cyntara does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued if your account is banned.
- No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with the Cyntara Coins service.
- No refunds will be issued if you claim to have not received your Cyntara Coins but cannot provide verifiable proof of payment.
- Appeals regarding missing Cyntara Coins can be submitted via email to admin@cyntara.org. We will review your case and respond accordingly.
